Entourage Video Shoot in New York City

New York City is one of the coolest places I have ever been. My music video for Entourage (I am my own) was filmed there and although it wasn’t my first time in The Big Apple it was definitely the longest trip. Times square is full of energy and tons of people are walking around checking out all of the bright lights. I loved riding the subway as it is the best way to get around. It’s surprisingly easy to figure out where you need to go. We stayed very close to Grand Central Station, the terminal is beautiful! They have tons of shopping and food and trains depart from here heading to Vermont and Connecticut.

The idea for Entourage is based on the idea that you need to keep your circle tight and close when you are trying to make it in the world of music. You have to surround yourself with people you trust because it is easy to get taken advantage of in this business. The music industry is a very difficult industry to get into and one person taking advantage of you can really harm you. So, basically, the thought is “I don’t need an entourage, I am my own.” I have been blessed to work with wonderful people that are positive and really want to help me. I can’t wait to see the finished video!

Just a little bit of information, I actually play the drums on the Entourage track. The song was written for me by Marty and Kim Bowie. Josh Harris engineered the song in St. Louis and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out!
